Applications: The coiled tubing technology has been used in drilling, workover, oil testing, oil production, oil recovery, completion and other fields with the development of coiled tubing machine and related equipment.

Workover: By utilizing coiled tubing's characteristics of long length, no joint, continuous running and pulling, it can be used for workover operations such scare cleaning and fishing in oil and gas well, jumper connection repair between coiled tubing and production tailpipe, squeeze cementing repair, maintenance of underground satellite well and so on.

Drilling: Coiled tubing has the characteristics of no joint, no diameter changes, large bending, continuous running and pulling, dynamic sealing, big pressure loading, small volume and high efficiency, it can provides the safety, advanced and effective technology for the short-radius,big-displacement, multi-lateral horizontal drilling, under-balanced drilling and slim- hole drilling.

Drilling & Grinding Bridge Plug: Coiled tubing can be used to drive the milling shoe to rotate at high speed through hydraulic power to drill and grind the bridge plug in the well, which can realize drilling and flushing construction continuously and has many advanages such as pressure operation, short construction period and high efficiency.

Fracture: Coiled tubing can be used for the muti-stage drag fracturing operation in shale gas and coalbed methane horizontal Wells, which can pull construction string under pressure to realize multiple-layers fracture step by step in one trip. There are many advantages such has continuous fracturing operation, high efficiency, high safety, no remaining tools in well, no affects on well workover in later stage, etc.

Logging: The coiled tubing by installing transmission cable, combining material's stiffness and cable telemetry technology is providing the logging industry with a fast, accurate and economical logging method.

Gathering & Transportation: Coiled tubing used for gathering and transportation has the characteristics of high strength, high plasticity, long length, no joint, heavy loading pressure, which was applied in chemical fertilizer injection, gas injection, oil gathering, etc.

Coiled tubing also known as flexible tubing or spoolable tubing, with high strength, good plasticity and corrosion resistance. The different with ordinary tubing is that coiled tubing has no thread connection and its length per reel can reach thousands meters and be wrapped onto a spool as a certain length for delivery. 

Packing Length: 1000m-6000m per Heavy Steel Drum.

Packing Methods: Export standard heavy steel drum packing.

Documents: Before delivery, ESP Cable Solutions Co.,Limited will provide MTR, Pressure Test Report, Quality Certificate,  Certificate of Origin etc.

Guarantee: 18 months after the Mini-coiled tubing left the shipping port.
