Flatpack for DHSV with Strips- 2 x 1/4" OD x 0.065"WT Alloy625 Chemical Injection Line

Applications:  Oil & Gas Industry downhole application use. Used for hydraulic control, steam, liquid injection, according to design requirements, it can meet various application requirements such as fiber optic sensing, power supply, signal transmission, and hydraulic control.

Size of Flat Packer: 13.0mm x 23.0 mm

Color:  Blue, Yellow, Red, Pink, Green, Black, White or others.

Packing Length:  5000ft/spool,  8000ft/spool,  10000ft/spool,  11000ft/spool,  15000ft/spool,  22000ft/spool or Customized length.

Packing Methods:  Export standard wooden spool packing or steel drum packing.

Features & Quality Advantages:  Strictly production process and test process, easy to install and cost saving.

Documents:  Before delivery, ESP Cable Solutions Co.,Limited will provide MRS, MTR, Pressure Test Report, Quality Certificate, Certificate of Origin etc.

  Mechanical properties per tubing as below:

  Burst Pressure: ≥62,431 PSI; Collapse Pressure: ≥31,997 PSI

  Load at 0.2% YS: ≥3,400 IBS; Load at Typical UTS: ≥5,213 IBS

  Encapsulation material PVDF Copolymer (-25 to 140degC);

  Dimension: 23mm×13mm; Blue Color.
